Include  the following information in your e-mail to the president: Introduce yourself and the company or team you represent, including relevant details of the event. Include information gathered through your research that will demonstrate your knowledge of the organization. Provide  a rationale for your interest in building a partnership with this  company, including the shared objectives between the nonprofit and the  event (or host company at large). Include how you plan to  market on behalf of this community partner and the positive impact that  will result on the overall mission of the nonprofit organization and the  objectives of the event.
