If you were a new employee of this company, and this was the first memo you read, what would be your impression of the company? (Scale of 1-7) How important do you feel to the company (Scale of 1-7)? What one word would you use to describe the tone of the memo? What one word would you use to describe this CEO? Lastly, share your responses to the above questions in a discussion post. In your post, please explain why your ranked Snow Policy A the way you did. After the entire class has posted to their discussion thread, I will make Snow Policy B available for you to read.
